Core Skills In Manufacturing Training Opportunity
Core Skills in Manufacturing Training Information
Invest time in Training for a New Career! Fully Funded!
Many skilled machinists have retired, leaving a gap in unfilled machine manufacturing jobs. Manpower, The Workforce Connection and Rock Valley College are partnering to offer a fully funded training to eligible candidates. At the end of this 14 day training, participants will have a Nationally Recognized NIMS (National Institute for Metalworking Skills) Credential for Measurement Materials & Safety.
NIMS credentials are earned by students, trainees, apprentices, employees, and military personnel nationwide and around the world. By earning NIMS credentials, these individuals secure a competitive edge when applying for jobs because they have demonstrated that their skills meet the industry established standards.
